King William Road, Unley

The King William Road Long Lunch, presented by Mercedes-Benz Unley, made a stylish comeback (the first since 2018) along the King William Road precinct in Adelaide. The event transformed the street into a runway-style, food-and-fashion focused experience: attendees enjoyed a three-course lunch from local restaurants, fine beverages including bubbles and gin, live music, and a fashion showcase from premium Australian labels. It also featured charitable elements, supporting OzHarvest, with a raffle fundraiser and community-focused moments.

Festival Hire played a key role in bringing the 2023 Mercedes-Benz Long Lunch to life, supplying chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, umbrellas, and essential pavilion spaces for both the kitchen and model dressing room, complete with racks, mirrors, tables, and seating. We created a custom entrance zone with an archway and media wall, along with service bars, picket fencing, bar tables, bar stools, and a bespoke plinth for the MC, ensuring the event was as stylish as it was seamless.
