Cutlery

FAQ's

We require all cutlery, crockery, and glassware to be rinsed and placed back into original packaging. Cleaning fees will be charged for any items returned un-rinsed.

Our hire fees include a 8% damage waiver which covers missing or broken items. If a customer decides to opt out of the damage waiver, the full cost of the item will be charged on a per item basis to replace.

Linen is not required to be washed prior to returning it, however any damaged linen (tears, candle wax, graffiti, burns etc.) will be charged on a per item basis to replace.
